Taralli al Peperoncino

There's nothing like a delicious snack on a busy day at work in the studio.  These Italian crackers are a favorite indulgence lately, as I discovered them recently in the specialty food section of our local market and have been munching ever since!  Taralli al Peperoncino is a traditional Italian cracker made with olive oil, wine and hot pepper.  With a rich taste and a spicy bite to it, taralli also make a delicious appetizer when served with olives and Parmesan cheese.
